"This Agency GREATLY lacks knowledge of State Farm Policy and has a pattern of poor communication and accurate documentation of staff and Agent advise. I have been a State Farm client for years in multiple states. I have never had such a negative experience as this Agency. Lack of integrity and responsibility for providing Agent commitment with this Agency, will put you at risk. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Protect your home, auto and anything else that needs to be insured... State Farm is a good company to choose...but DO NOT choose Hunter Jones as your Agent. I would give ZERO stars if possible."
"Suzie, Your review contains several false claims that misrepresent the facts. Our agency did not deny your claim - all claims decisions are handled exclusively by State Farm's claims department. The rideshare endorsement was clearly explained, properly added for your protection, and later removed at your request. To maintain respect towards your privacy, I will not divulge details on your personal circumstance nor your reasoning of removal which is documented but let it be known that multiple time stamped and dated notes on your file detail your interactions with us. Including an email from my staff explicitly stating that the endorsement was required for coverage while participating in Uber or Lyft. Where we provided the exact policy language that supported our recommendation, but despite this, after adding the coverage, then receiving an updated bill, you requested for us to remove the endorsement a month later. We maintain thorough internal documentation showing every step of that process which was explained to you in our last in person appointment. Suggesting otherwise is simply inaccurate. Our agency stands behind our integrity, professionalism, and commitment to advising every client with complete transparency. -Hunter Jones"

"Makayla refuses to tell me as bank lender if payment was processed 2 days prior to coverage dropped. States call Hunter he will forward all emails to my attention and you get no where? Really sweep and clean your office Hunter!!!"

As the loss payee on the policy, please understand that we are legally prohibited from disclosing personal information about the policyholder to you. It appears that the request for information may be related to a personal dispute with our customer. We are not able to be involved in such matters, nor is it legal or ethical for us to share confidential information under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to handling all matters in accordance with legal and ethical standards. We want to take care of every person that crosses our path, but unfortunately what you are asking of us would jeopardize our business and reputation of putting customers first and doing what's right, even when it's not the easy choice. "In February 2025, I contacted three local insurance offices to get a quote for notary bond, including from Hunter Jones’ State Farm office. They required ALL my information just to give me a price quote over the phone, which felt pretty invasive since the rate has nothing to do with my personal details. I went with a better rate from another company, for which I went to the office to pay and receive a receipt and certificate to file with the County Clerk’s office. This all happened on the same day in February. But Hunter Jones’ office began sending me bills and calling me and emailing me. I ignored them because I thought they were just annoying solicitations. I am not, nor have I ever been their customer. Finally, after a couple of months of this, I emailed back demanding that the office leave me alone, identifying what they were doing as harassment and intimidation. I threatened legal action if they continued. Weeks later, I receive a notice in the mail that my “account” was being sent to collections for failure to pay. I never had a policy or conducted any business with this office. I had merely asked for a generic quote over the phone. I had to file a complaint with the Tennessee State Department of Commerce and Insurance to get Hunter Jones’ office to stop. In their last communication with that government office, Hunter Jones repeated referred to me by the wrong name (not sure where they came up with that one), which felt intentional, petty, passive-aggressive, and disrespectful. I said I would make this public so that potential customers could be warned of Hunter Jones’ unprofessional and predatory practices, so I am. I said I would file a complaint with the State Farm corporate office against Hunter Jones, so I am. Shame on Hunter Jones and his staff that harass innocent people for no reason!"
